The market is flooded with supplements that claim to make you look and feel years younger. Much of it is hyped nonsense. However, ingestible hydrolyzed collagen is starting to get people’s attention. So, is this potential age defying supplement for real or just more nonsense?

It seems like every time we turn around there’s another supplement on the market that claims to make you look and feel years younger.
